Return Policy

At Chris and Laura Perth, we do our best to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return may only be requested after the item has been physically received by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping charges, customs fees, duties, or other return-related costs.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging still attached where applicable.
  • Items may be tried on for fit, but they must not be worn beyond that.
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted under our return policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@chrislauraperth.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
  3. The customer must return the item at their own expense, including any shipping, customs, or import-related charges that may apply.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Address

Our return address is not automatically included with your order. After your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions by email.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will assess whether it meets our return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Refunds can only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Original shipping charges, customs charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law.

Liability and Delivery Issues

Please note the following:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages where tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address at checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.
